An IIPP is a basic written workplace safety program required of all employers by the California Code of Regulations. An effective IIPP improves safety and health in workplace and reduces costs through good management and employee involvement. The eight required Injury and Illness Prevention Program elements are:

  1. Responsibility
  2. Compliance
  3. Communication
  4. Hazard Assessment
  5. Accident/Exposure Investigation
  6. Hazard Correction
  7. Training and Instruction
  8. Recordkeeping

We have long-standing experience in developing IIPPs. We bring to our clients many years of experience in plant operations, design, analysis, and safety and risk consulting when developing safety plans and programs for our clients. As part of IIPP development we:
